Refund an order

Refund a whole order or chosen tickets, with approval when needed.

Open Orders and open the order.

Refund the whole order, an amount, or chosen tickets, and enter a reason.

If the amount is above the approval threshold, the request goes to Approvals. Another user with canIssueRefunds approves it.

The refund goes back to the card through Stripe. The order shows refunded or partially_refunded and the refunded tickets no longer scan.

Run a show night

Open doors, check guests in, seat tables, run checks and close the night.
