Storefront
The public event pages, holds, checkout, order lookup and ticket transfer.
The storefront is deliberately plain. It uses only the custom GraphQL operations, with a signed, expiring proof for guests.
| Route | What fans do |
|---|---|
/ | Upcoming events (eventsOnSale) |
/events/[id] | General admission quantity or a seat grid (eventAvailability), presale or promo code, then a hold (createGaHold, createSeatHold), name and email, and card payment |
/orders/[id] | Confirmation with the order code, ticket codes and transfer |
/lookup | Find an order by email and order number (lookupTicketOrder) |
Checkout
A hold lasts 10 minutes. startTicketCheckout freezes the quote and creates a Stripe payment. The browser confirms the card, and completeTicketCheckout turns the hold into tickets only after the provider confirms payment. The signed webhook completes orders whose browser never returned.
