Book and announce a show
Hold a date, make an offer, price the event and put it on sale.
Hold the date
In Calendar, place a hold on the venue date. Your hold takes the next rank.
Make the offer
In Deals, draft an offer with the deal type, guarantee, percentage and expense cap. Check the calculator, then send it.
Accept and confirm
Record the artist's acceptance; the terms are frozen. Confirm the date hold.
Price the event
On the event page, add price levels per section and any price phases. Set production holds for seats you keep back.
Announce and go on sale
Publish the event. It appears on the storefront and sells from the first active price phase.
