Chat storefront
The buyer chat at /, setup dialog, thread tabs, store editor and cart dropdown.

There are no product, cart, checkout or account pages. All shopping happens in cards.
First visit
The setup dialog asks for:
- Marketplace name (default "Common Goods") and a theme:
clay,forestormidnight. - AI mode: Global or Local.
- A risk confirmation before chat is enabled.
Buying
- Ask for a product or a meal.
- Open a discovery card, pick a variant, add to cart.
- Review the cart card, change quantities, enter an address and shipping.
- Pay in the chat, or follow the store's checkout link.

Button safety
The browser checks every card action against the card it came from (lib/mcp-action-policy.ts). A cart card for one store and cart can only call cart tools for that store and cart.
