Tasks and operations

Route: /dashboard/platform/tasks. Needs canReadProperties.

PropertyTask.status: queued, assigned, in_progress, completed, blocked, cancelled. Source: manual, task_rule, system, channel.

• createOperationsTask creates a task for a property, listing, or reservation with a checklist and due date.
• transitionPropertyTask moves it. A task must be assigned before it starts, in progress before completion, and a blocked task needs a reason. Completed and cancelled tasks are terminal.
• TaskRule rows generate tasks; runPropertyTaskRules runs them.
