/dashboard/platform/catering lists requests. /catering/[id] is the detail.

Intake

Customers submit requestCafeCatering from /catering. Staff create one with New inquiry (PlatformCreateCatering).

Fields

cateringNumber, customerName, customerEmail, eventAt, guestCount, deliveryAddress, subtotalCents (the quote), notes.

Status

inquiry to quoted to confirmed to completed, or cancelled. Edit event facts and the quote with PlatformUpdateCatering, then use the status buttons: send quote, confirm, complete, cancel (updateCateringOrderStatus).

Rewards

Loyalty accounts, points, and the event ledger at /dashboard/platform/loyalty.

Subscriptions

Subscription plan records tied to rewards accounts at /dashboard/platform/subscriptions.
