Store settings
Store identity, hours, pickup rules, tax, and the online card payment switch.
/dashboard/platform/store-settings edits the StoreSettings singleton.

Save with UpdateCoffeePlatformStoreSettings. On a fresh install the first save uses CreateCoffeePlatformStoreSettings.
Online card payment
The switch (SetCoffeeOnlinePayment) enables Stripe Checkout for online orders. It needs STRIPE_SECRET_KEY and STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET on the server. See Payment providers.
Pickup rules
An order must be at least the lead time ahead, falls into a window, and each window takes up to the capacity. Over capacity: "The requested pickup window is at capacity".
