/dashboard/platform/queue: name, phone, party size, quoted wait.
Assign service and barber
Required before seating.
Seat
Seating creates an appointment and puts the guest in the chair.
Finish
Check the guest out in POS to complete the visit, then mark the queue entry served.
Guests who leave are marked left.
