Shop operations

/dashboard/platform/barbershop is the operations page (platformOperations).

Needs attention

The list flags:

• low or expiring stock
• unpaid or unapproved commissions
• open card payments
• a missing no-show policy
• chairs in maintenance or unassigned
• unsigned waivers

Each item links to the page that resolves it.

Waitlist

The waitlist is for customers who want a slot that is not available. manageWaitlist takes an action:

• create: customerName, phone, optional customerId, requestedServiceId, requestedBarberId, preferredAt, notes. Duplicates (same phone, same service, still waiting or notified) are refused.
• notify: waiting entries move to notified.
• expire: waiting or notified entries move to expired.

Book an entry from the booking board by passing its id to createStaffAppointment; the entry becomes booked. The full list opens from the "All requests" link.
