Reports

Pick a start and end date and choose Show range. platformReports returns figures in the shop timezone and currency.

Figures

• Appointments: total, completed, cancelled, no-show
• Revenue: paid total, tips, transaction count, product sales and count
• Queue: waiting, served, left
• Payouts: total and count
• Rates: completion, queue conversion, utilization
• Liabilities: memberships and active balances
• Service performance and Barber performance: revenue and appointments per row. Duplicate names are flagged.

Barber and service rows count settled service lines only: "No settled service lines in this range." Viewing needs canViewReports, held by owner, manager, and viewer roles. Invalid ranges and a missing shop timezone return a message on the page.
