These are append-only. A jurisdictional action needs a current verified practitioner license, and the effective-through date must be after effective-from. Publishing needs a signed engagement with marketing authority and effective authority for the destination, such as public_site.
Evidence
appendDocumentEvidenceEventCommand adds immutable evidence to a deal document. Recipients need bounded name, address, and role values.
