Common messages and what to do.

| A bounded idempotency key is required | Send a stable key |
| Domain command idempotency key was reused with different input | Use a new key for a different request |
| An active brokerage membership is required | The user has no live membership, or has two and none selected |
| A valid lead email or phone number is required | Provide one |
| Choose a showing time in the future, within one year. | Pick a later date |
| A current verified practitioner license is required for this jurisdictional action. | Record the license authority |
| An effective signed listing engagement with marketing authority is required. | Record the engagement |
| Effective public_site publication authority is required | Record publication authority |
| Effective through must be after effective from. | Fix the dates |
| A single current allocation batch is required | Reverse or review conflicting batches |
