Agents and teams
/dashboard/platform/people (platformPeople). Needs canManagePeople. Owners and admins invite (inviteBrokerageMemberCommand) and suspend (suspendBrokerageMemberCommand) members. Only an owner can add another admin. Membership status is invited, active, or suspended.
Without canManagePeople, agents work only on records assigned to them.
Tasks
/dashboard/platform/tasks. Create, edit, and move tasks with transitionAgentTaskCommand: open → in_progress → done, or blocked.
Reports
/dashboard/platform/reports (platformReports). Needs canViewReports. Shows the funnel, lead sources, and per-agent numbers.
