Deployment

Build, migrate, and run in production.

railway.toml builds with keystone build --no-ui && next build and starts with npm run migrate && next start. npm run build does not migrate by itself.

Provision

PostgreSQL. SMTP if you want password reset email.

Configure

Set DATABASE_URL and SESSION_SECRET (32+ characters). Optional: PUBLIC_SIGNUPS_ALLOWED, SMTP_*, SMTP_STORE_LINK, OPENROUTER_*.

Migrate and start

npm run migrate (or npm run release:migrate), then next start.

First user

Open /dashboard/init to create the owner, the starting brokerage, and the Admin role.

Dispatch the outbox

Source-import and saved-search alert commands write DomainOutboxEvent rows. Process them from your own job and use replayDomainOutboxEvent to retry a failed one.
