Create, publish, and manage properties, media, and open houses.
Routes: /dashboard/platform/listings, /listings/new, /listings/[id]. Needs canManageListings.

Steps
Create a draft
/platform/listings/new creates a draft with address, type, price, and description.
Add media
On the detail page add images by https:// URL or /images/ path. Set the cover, reorder, or remove. The storefront shows images under /images/real-estate/.
Record authority
Record the practitioner license, a signed listing engagement with marketing authority, and public_site publication authority (see Authority and records).
Publish
Change status with transitionPropertyStatus. A listing shows on the site when active or coming_soon with effective authority.
Open houses
Schedule an open house from the detail page. transitionOpenHouseStatus moves it scheduled → completed or cancelled. The storefront offers an .ics file.
The detail page also shows linked leads, showings, and syndication.
