Refund a sale

Void, refund, or partly refund, and fix commission and tips.

You need canIssueRefunds.

Find the sale

Search at /dashboard/platform/sales and open it.

Choose the type

Void or refund returns the whole remaining sale. Partial refund returns selected lines.

Set lines and stock

Choose quantities. For retail, choose return_to_stock, damaged, or consumed.

Recover tip and package value

Enter any tip to recover and package value to restore.

Add a reason and submit

The reversal posts as posted, or provider_pending if the provider has not confirmed.

Correct compensation

With canManageCommissions, use the compensation form to adjust commission or move tip between practitioners.

Run the till

Check out a visit with retail, a discount, a tip, and a package or membership.

Sell a membership or package

Create a plan and sell it to a client.
