Loyalty

/dashboard/platform/loyalty needs canManageClients.

A LoyaltyProgram has name, pointsPerDollar, redemptionRate, tiers (a list of name and minPoints), and isActive. The oldest active program is used.

  • Checkout awards floor(taxable dollars * pointsPerDollar) points.
  • ClientPoints keeps points, tier, and a ledger of the last 500 entries. A client's tier is the highest tier whose minPoints they meet, or bronze.
  • adjustClientPoints adds or removes points with a required reason. Points cannot go below zero ("Not enough points").
  • A Referral links referrer and referred with rewardType (points or credit), rewardAmount, and status (pending, completed, expired). completeReferral pays it out.

Reviews

/dashboard/platform/reviews needs canManageClients. Clients leave a rating and comment after a completed visit with submitAppointmentReview. Reviews appear on the storefront only after isApproved is set. Staff publish or hide a review, or delete it.
