Access and keys

Entitlements, registry API keys, and revoking either.

Access

/dashboard/platform/access lists KitAccess entitlements with status tabs (active, revoked). Each row links a user to a product through an order and payment, with source free, purchase, or admin. There is one row per user and product.

To revoke, open the row and enter a reason of 3 to 500 characters. This calls revokeKitAccess(accessId, reason, idempotencyKey). It needs canManageOrders, is idempotent by key, and writes audit and outbox events. A revoked customer cannot start a new payment for the product: This account has revoked access for this product. Contact the studio before starting another payment. Revocation cannot be undone by settlement.

API keys

/dashboard/platform/api-keys lists all RegistryApiKey records with status tabs (active, revoked), name, prefix, owner, lastUsedAt. Operators can revoke any key with revokeStorefrontRegistryApiKey(id).

Customers manage their own keys at /account/token:

  • createStorefrontRegistryApiKey(name) returns the token once. Names are trimmed to 80 characters.
  • Tokens look like ofui_<8 hex>_<secret>, are stored as a SHA-256 hash, have scope registry_read, and expire after 90 days.
  • A customer can hold at most 5 active keys: This account already has 5 active registry keys. Revoke one before creating another.
  • A session issued before the latest password recovery cannot create keys.
