Baggage
Track bags by tag number and record scan events at /dashboard/platform/baggage.
Bags are created at check-in with acceptCheckedBag. After that, /dashboard/platform/baggage is where scans are recorded.
Find a bag
Search by bag tag number or booking record locator. /dashboard/platform/baggage/[id] shows the bag, its flight, the passenger, and a timeline of BagEvent records.
Record a scan
Open the bag
Only the actions allowed from the bag's current status are shown.
Enter station and note
Station is an optional three-letter airport code. The note is up to 300 characters.
Choose the action
recordBagEvent with bagId, action, airportCode, note. Mishandled and Close ask for confirmation.
Status transitions

Statuses: accepted, loaded, in_transit, arrived, delivered, delayed, mishandled, closed. Bag types: checked, gate_checked, special_item, mobility_aid.
Delayed and mishandled bags appear in the "Mishandled bags" queue on Carrier operations.
