Hold seats and accept an offer for a caller or counter customer.
Search
On /dashboard/platform/offers pick the passenger party and search flights.
Hold
Create the offer for the chosen flight and bucket. It holds the seats for 15 minutes.
Accept
On /dashboard/platform/bookings, find the offer under Held offers and accept it with the passenger list. The booking gets a record locator.
Give the traveler their access
Use New access code to issue an access code. Give the traveler the locator and code for Manage booking.
Take payment
Continue with Settle and ticket.
Unpaid storefront bookings expire after 24 hours when the worker is running. Held offers expire after 15 minutes.
