createPrimeContractWithLine: draft, pending_approval, approved, executed, closed (rejected returns to draft). createCommitmentWithLine: draft, out_for_signature, executed, complete, closed, with cancelled and terminated.
Change flow
Open a change event
openChangeEvent, addChangeEventLine. Statuses: open, pricing, pending_approval, approved, incorporated, voided.
Record quotes
recordChangeQuote from trade partners.
Create the change order
createChangeOrderWithLine. "A change order requires persisted line items".
Approve, execute, post
draft, pending_approval, approved, executed, posted (transitionChangeOrderStatus). Posting updates the contract and budget.
