Route: /projects/[projectId]/schedule.

registerSchedule: draft, published, archived. Publishing needs a task: "A schedule requires at least one planned task before publication".

registerScheduleTask, linkScheduleDependency. "A schedule task cannot depend on itself".

updateScheduleTaskProgress. Statuses: not_started, in_progress, delayed, on_hold, completed. Completion needs 100 percent progress.
