Portfolio
/dashboard/platform/portfolio (constructionPortfolio) shows budget, cost, and open-item metrics for each project in the companies you can see.
Create a project
Open Projects
/dashboard/platform/projects, then the create form (createConstructionProject).
What it creates
The project, your membership, a "GEN" cost code and budget code, the budget and its first line, and the approval policies.
Add structure and people
Add budget codes and locations in Cost structure, then invite the team on Team.
Project status
transitionProjectStatus: planning to active or archived; active to on_hold or completed; on_hold to active or completed; completed to archived. Every transition needs a reason of 3 to 500 characters.
Project tools
Open a project to reach its tools at /dashboard/platform/projects/[projectId]/<tool>. Financials, contracts, procurement, billing, reports, team, and audit are internal-only.
