Trade partners, cost codes and resources
Company-level directories for subcontractors, cost codes, equipment, and materials.
Trade partners
/dashboard/platform/trade-partners and /[id]. The directory holds subcontractors, vendors, owners, designers, consultants, and authorities. Create with registerTradePartner, edit, and set status: prospective, approved, inactive, blocked. A trade partner can be linked to a project member as their portal organization.
Cost codes
/dashboard/platform/cost-codes: the company library. Create, edit name and division, and activate or deactivate. Project budget codes are created from these in the project's Cost structure tool.
Resources
/dashboard/platform/resources: the equipment fleet and material catalog. Create with createResourceCatalogItem, edit, and change status. Field staff log equipment and material use against these on Field operations.
