A document retention policy is frozen after archival, and a hold cannot be placed after disposal. Disposal writes RetentionAction evidence.
Reports
/dashboard/platform/reports shows deadline and audit event reports. Needs canViewAudit. Audit events are append-only.
Import and export
/dashboard/platform/data. Import contacts from CSV with previewContactImport, then applyContactImport. preparePracticeExport exports contacts, matters, invoices, time entries, or audit events, up to 500 rows.
