Block users from a matter.

Create

On the matter workspace add a wall with a reason and policy reference.

Add members

Set each user blocked or allowed.

Activate

Move the wall to active. Blocked users lose access to the matter, including administrators.

Take a consultation to a matter

From booking through conflict clearance to an open matter.

Bill a matter

Capture time and issue an invoice.
