Firm and offices

/dashboard/platform/firm edits time zone, currency, and offices (name, code, timezone, contact, status active, inactive, closed).

Team

/dashboard/platform/team needs canManageUsers or equivalent.

• inviteFirmMember sends an invitation with role and office scope.
• changeFirmMemberAccess changes role, primary office, and allowed offices.
• updateFirmRoleAuthority edits a role's permission toggles.

Membership states: invited → active → suspended → ended. Onboarding seeds Firm administrator, Attorney, Paralegal, Billing, and Intake coordinator roles.
