Common messages and fixes.

| A check with an unresolved conflict disposition cannot be cleared | Record every disposition first |
| Conflict clearance requires nonempty search terms and explicit completed-search evidence | Add terms and evidence |
| Conflict evidence is unclassified; link exactly one verified source before review | Link one contact, matter, or party |
| A payment can be recorded against an open issued invoice only | Issue the invoice |
| An invoice with payment allocations must be reversed or refunded before voiding | Reverse allocations |
| A trust posting requires at least two ledger entries | Add balancing entries |
| A client trust ledger must have a zero balance before closing | Disburse or transfer first |
| Bank identity can be set only while the trust account is pending | Do it before any posting |
| A retention hold requires a matter, document, or contact target | Name a target |
| A hold cannot be placed after document disposal | Place holds earlier |
| Choose exactly one staff member, contact or portal account | Pick one subject |
| Booking and account sign-up closed | Publish the privacy and first-contact notices and enable the switches |
| Public site is blank | Exactly one active firm is needed |
| Uploads fail | A value among the five S3_* is missing |
| Emails and webhooks never leave | Run the worker; set SMTP_* and WEBHOOK_ALLOWED_HOSTS |
