Intake and conflicts
Prospects, consultations, conflict searches, and conversion to a matter.
Route: /dashboard/platform/intake. Needs canManageIntake; conflict work needs canRunConflictChecks and canResolveConflicts.
Intake
Create with startClientIntake. Add parties with addIntakeParticipant and changeIntakeParticipant. Move it with transitionIntake.
new → screening → conflict_review → consultation → decision → converted, declined, or withdrawn.
Consultations
scheduleConsultation sets host and time; transitionConsultation moves requested → scheduled → completed, cancelled, or no_show. Consultations also appear on /dashboard/platform/work.
Conflict check
Request
requestConflictCheck for exactly one intake or matter. An initial search term (500 characters or fewer) is required.
Search
addConflictSearchTerm for each name. addConflictMatch records a hit with a match type and score, linked to exactly one verified contact, matter, or matter party.
Dispose
recordConflictDisposition records each reviewer's outcome and rationale.
Finalize
finalizeConflictCheck with cleared or conflict_found. Clearance needs non-empty search terms, completed-search evidence, and no unresolved disposition.
Convert
convertIntakeToMatter creates the matter, parties, and team.
Check status: requested → running → review_required → cleared or conflict_found.
