Take payment at pickup
Prepare a pay-at-pickup order, hand it off, and refund if needed.
Install pay at pickup
On /dashboard/platform/payments confirm the "Pay at pickup" provider is installed.
The customer orders
At checkout the customer chooses pickup and Pay at pickup. The order commits with a pending payment.
Prepare
Open /dashboard/platform/orders/[id] and move the fulfillment to preparing, then ready.
Hand off
Collect payment at the counter. The assigned staff member records handed_off. The order becomes completed.
Refund
For a returned order, run the cash refund with the cash returned amount, a reason, and attestation. It must equal the captured amount.
For walk-in OTC sales use Point of sale.
