Troubleshooting
Error messages from the pharmacy commands and what to do about each.

| App will not start | DATABASE_URL and SESSION_SECRET are required, and the secret must be 32 characters or more |
Every request redirects to /dashboard/init | No users exist. Create the first account there |

| Onboarding fails | You already have an active membership, or the seed organization or location code exists |

| "Explicit allergy and medication history evidence is required" | Record entries or "none known" on the patient |
| "A human override reason is required" | An override review needs a reason of 8 or more characters |
| "A current human clinical safety review is required for this fill" | Run the safety review for the current fill |
| "Versioned pharmacist-reviewed fill policy is required" | Record the fill policy |
| "Dispense one complete prescription item per cash pickup" | Dispense a full item at a time |
| "Dispensed quantity exceeds the remaining authorized quantity" | Lower the quantity |
| "Operator-attested cash and tax policy must be configured before POS sales" | Record the cash policy |

| "Every dispensed exposure requires a resolved outreach record before closure" | Record outreach for each exposure |
| "Bounded recall disposition must dispose the complete quarantined quantity" | Enter the full quarantined quantity |
| "Recall is not ready for closure" | Quarantine first |

| "Cancelling a paid order requires a refund; use the refund action instead" | Refund the payment |
| "Cash received must be an integer amount at least equal to the order total" | Enter more cash |
