Receive an inventory lot
Record a delivery from a wholesaler and correct counts later.
Add the supplier
At /dashboard/platform/suppliers create the wholesaler with a name and account reference and set it to active.
Open Receive
Go to /dashboard/platform/inventory/receive. Choose the product, location, and supplier.
Enter the lot
Lot number, serial number if the product has one, expiration date (must be in the future), and quantity.
Confirm
Add a reason and attest. The lot is created as available with a receive movement.
Correct a count
Open the lot, enter the counted quantity and a reason, and attest. An adjust movement is written. The quantity cannot go below the quarantined amount.
Cold-chain lots cannot be received on this form. Expiring stock within 60 days shows on the Overview.
