Overview
The operator home page with queue cards for prescriptions, refills, orders, inventory, recalls, and payments.
/dashboard/platform/overview is the first page staff see. It reads pharmacyOperationalSummary for the signed-in user's locations and shows what needs attention now.
Queue cards

| Online | Online registration, transfer, and new-prescription requests |
| Orders | To prepare, ready, with Rx |
| Payment | Orders with a payment issue, and payments to reconcile |
| Inventory | Expired or expiring within 60 days, quarantined, on recall, cold-chain evidence missing |
| Recalls | Open recalls, Class I recalls open, outreach pending, lot gaps |
Each card links to its queue: Prescriptions, Refills and requests, Orders, Inventory, Recalls, and Payments. The inventory card has a Receive shortcut and the recall card has Open recall.
Onboarding cards
Users with canManageOnboarding also see setup cards until onboarding is completed or dismissed. They run runPharmacyOnboarding (see Getting started).
Scope
Counts are filtered by the caller's active OrganizationMembership rows. A cashier scoped to one location sees that location only.
