Inventory
Lot queue, receiving, quantity adjustments, expiry watch, and the append-only stock ledger.
Stock is tracked by InventoryLot. Lots change only through named commands, and every change writes an InventoryMovement.

Lot fields
lotNumber, serialNumber, expirationDate, receivedAt, quantityReceived, quantityAvailable, quantityQuarantined, storageBin, status, plus product, location, and supplier.
Status: available, quarantined, expired, recalled, depleted.
Receive a lot
Open Receive
Choose the product (pharmacyInventoryReceiptProductWorklist), location, and optional supplier.
Enter the lot
Lot number, optional serial number, a future expiration date, and quantity.
Confirm
Add a reason and attest. receivePharmacyInventoryLot creates the lot and a receive movement. The form is for room-temperature lots, so cold-chain products are refused.
Adjust a count
On the lot page enter the counted quantity, a reason, and attest. adjustPharmacyInventoryLot sets the quantity and writes an adjust movement. The new available quantity cannot be lower than the quarantined quantity.
Movement types
receive, reserve, dispense, sale, return, quarantine, release, recall, expire, destroy, adjust. Each row records the quantity change, reason, actor, and the patient, prescription, or order it relates to.
Rules
- A lot with stock cannot be deleted.
- Dispensing and POS sales only draw from
available, unexpired lots at the same location and product. - Expired or expiring within 60 days, quarantined, and recalled counts appear on the Overview.
