Transfer a prescription
Accept a transfer in from another pharmacy or send one out.

Receive the request
A patient sends a transfer request from /prescriptions on the storefront with the other pharmacy and medications. It appears at /dashboard/platform/requests.
Register the patient
If they are new, create the patient from the request.
Take in the prescription
Enter it at /dashboard/platform/prescriptions/intake with source transfer.
Approve the transfer
On the prescription page, review the inbound transfer and press Approve (approvePrescriptionTransfer). It must be consent_recorded with accepted consent.
Resolve the request
Mark the online request completed.
Transfer out
On the prescription page open the transfer-out form. Enter the receiving pharmacy name and phone and record the patient's consent with the policy version. requestPrescriptionTransfer creates an outbound transfer. Statuses: requested, consent_recorded, under_review, accepted, completed, rejected, cancelled.
