Staff, credentials, and locations
Memberships, roles, credential reviews, the dispensing checklist, and pharmacy locations.
Staff
/dashboard/platform/staff lists OrganizationMembership rows. Add a member by choosing a user, a role, and either the whole organization or one location.
Membership role: owner, administrator, pharmacist, technician, cashier, delivery, read_only. Status: invited, active, suspended, revoked. Only owners can add or change owners. Needs canManageUsers.
Dashboard permissions come from the user's Role, edited at /dashboard/roles. See Roles and permissions.
Credential review
/dashboard/platform/credentials shows the dispensing setup checklist and the review forms:

Staff and prescriber reviews take the credential type, jurisdiction, identifier, expiry (in the future), and a verification reference. The app stores the evidence you enter. Intake requires a current review on the pharmacist's membership.
Locations
/dashboard/platform/locations and /locations/[id]. Fields: name, code, status (active, temporarily_closed, archived), address, timezone, phone, and the switches onlineOrderingEnabled, pickupEnabled, deliveryEnabled. Creating a location needs an organization-wide membership with canManageLocations.
Products, lots, prescriptions, orders, and recalls belong to a location. Onboarding turns delivery off.
